Whether you're shopping, dining, getting a personal service, or taking a class, this is your chance to win big! Simply visit any participating downtown business, scan the QR code, and enter to win our weekly and grand prizes.

PRIZES
Each week, one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive a fabulous prize package, which will include gift cards and goods from downtown businesses valued at $250+. But, wait, there’s more! After August 31, one grand prize winner will be chosen to receive an amazing package valued at $2,500+, including a stay at Hotel San Luis Obispo! HOW TO WIN
Here are the steps so you can participate in all the fun!

Step 1: Shop, dine, get a service or take a class at participating businesses in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Step 2: Submit an online entry each time you make a qualified purchase this summer.

Step 3: Follow @ShareSLO on Instagram for the latest on our weekly winners and grand prize giveaway!

There is no limit to how many times you can enter!

**Winners will be notified by phone call and/or text and will have 24 hours to respond. All prizes must be picked up at the Downtown SLO offices at 1135 Chorro St. before the end of the promotion.

Downtown summery spending

Downtown Summer Spending will reward your customers for supporting local businesses this summer by encouraging them to spend their time and money in downtown SLO. 

If you are a customer facing business in downtown San Luis Obispo, just sign-up using this form to be a part of the promotion.

To qualify for your downtown business you must:

  • Be a customer facing business located in Downtown San Luis Obispo (including retail, restaurants, fitness studios and salons). 

  • Hold a current San Luis Obispo city business license  

  • Have a physical location or storefront within downtown 

  • Be willing to promote the program at your business and help your customers enter

PARKING INFORMATION
Starting on July 8, 2024 downtown parking rates will be reduced on-street and at all three public parking garages, 842 Palm Street, 919 Palm Street and 871 Marsh Street. For more information on parking please visit slocity.org/Parking. 

BUSINESS TOOLKIT
During the promotion, help us get the word out by training your staff to talk about it, putting up signage around your business location, and communicating with your patrons to participate both in-person and online. Help us reward your customers by including the bill insert into every check or display our counter signage, so guests can easily scan the QR code to enter.
